We only collect what you give us. When you submit a form on this site, that's typically your name, business name, email address, an optional phone number, your preferred meeting window, and whatever you tell us about your goals.

Our host and analytics tooling may also record standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you viewed. We don't use that to identify you personally.

To reply to you, schedule a call, prepare for that call, and to send you occasional marketing emails about our services. We only send text messages if you check the SMS box. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we don't share it with third parties for their own marketing.

When you submit our contact form, you agree that Mettle may contact you regarding your inquiry, including by email, and you acknowledge this policy. Because you asked us to get in touch, we may also send you related marketing emails. Every one of them carries an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time on our preference page.

Text messages are different. They are a separate, unchecked opt-in. By ticking that box you agree to receive occasional marketing SMS from Mettle at the number you provide, sent by autodialer or otherwise. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

We record the date, time, and wording of the consent you gave when you submitted the form.

We use a small number of vendors to run the business, our CRM (HubSpot), email, and website hosting. They process your information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for anything else.

We keep inquiry records for as long as we have an active or reasonably foreseeable relationship, and consent records for as long as required to demonstrate compliance. Ask us to delete your information and we will, unless we're legally required to keep it.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, ask for deletion, or withdraw consent at any time. Texas residents and residents of other states with privacy laws have these rights under those laws; we extend them to everyone. Email meetmettle@outlook.com and we'll handle it within 45 days.

We use only what's needed to keep the site working and to understand which pages are useful. You can block cookies in your browser settings without losing access to the site.

This site is meant for business owners. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Material changes to marketing practices will be communicated to anyone who opted in.
