Full service dining

Restaurant marketing that fills tables on the slow nights.

Friday takes care of itself. The money is in Tuesday, the second visit and the party bookings.

Schedule a time

What brings more people into a restaurant?

A current Google Business Profile with good photos and correct hours, a menu that loads instantly on a phone, recent reviews you respond to, and a reason to come back. Paid social fills specific nights. It does not fix a profile that says you close at nine when you close at eleven.

Almost every restaurant decision starts on a phone within an hour of eating. Photos, hours, reviews and the menu decide it before anybody sees your dining room.

So the first work is unglamorous: fix the listing, shoot the food properly, and make the menu a fast page rather than a PDF.

What customers type

  • restaurants near me open now
  • best patio dinner downtown
  • private dining room for 20
  • brunch reservations saturday
  • gluten free dinner near me

How the money works

Margins are thin, so the metric is covers and average check, not clicks. A campaign that adds twenty covers on a Tuesday can be worth more than one that packs an already full Saturday.

Repeat visits carry the year. Email and text lists cost almost nothing and drive more of them than any ad.

Timing. Holiday parties and gift cards in the fourth quarter, patio weather, restaurant weeks, graduation and Mother's Day, plus whatever the local calendar and stadium schedule do to your neighborhood.

What we do.

Photograph the food properly once

One real shoot outranks two years of phone snapshots on your profile and everywhere else.

Menu as a web page, not a PDF

PDFs load slowly, do not rank, and cannot be read by assistants recommending places to eat.

Hours that are always right

Holiday hours, kitchen close, patio close. Wrong hours produce one star reviews from people who never ate.

A reason to come back

Email or text list built at the table, used sparingly for the nights you need.

Own the party and catering searches

Private dining, large groups and catering are the highest value searches in the category and the least contested.

This sits on top of the dining playbook: get found, convert, capture, grow, prove.

What we report back

  • Covers by day part
  • Average check and party size
  • Profile views to direction requests and calls
  • Repeat visit rate from list members

Where we do this

Questions people ask

Do we need to be on delivery apps?
They buy volume at a real cost to margin. Use them for discovery, then work hard to move repeat customers to your own ordering and your own list.
Is paid social worth it for a single location?
For specific things, yes: a new menu, a slow night offer, an event. As always on brand advertising for one restaurant, rarely.
How should we handle bad reviews?
Reply once, briefly, without arguing, and fix the thing if it is real. Recent responses matter more to the next reader than the rating itself.
