What a med spa website has to do.

Four things. Most sites in this category do one of them well and skip the rest.

It has to load fast on a phone, because most aesthetics browsing happens on one, often late at night, and a slow site loses patients before it says anything.

It has to answer cost. Ranges, not exact figures, on every treatment page. Practices avoid this out of fear of looking expensive and end up filtering out nobody, which means consults full of people who were never going to book.

It has to show your own work. Consistent lighting, consistent angles, documented consent, no editing. Patients compare result photos across practices and they can tell when the lighting did the work.

It has to let someone book at 11pm without talking to anyone. Online scheduling with real availability, not a contact form. Every extra step between deciding and booking is where aesthetics practices lose patients to whoever made it easier.

The short version

  • Publish cost ranges on every treatment page.
  • Use your own result photography, unedited and consented.
  • Real time online booking beats a contact form by a wide margin.
