Small business marketing in EaDo.
Stadium adjacent, still filling in, event nights carry the week.
East Downtown runs on the sports and venue calendar. Game nights behave differently from a slow Wednesday.
New residential also means a steady flow of people with no established habits.
What we'd do here first
- Plan hours and staffing to the stadium schedule.
- Run a welcome offer for new residents year round.
- Make parking and walking directions obvious.
How much do game nights matter in EaDo?
A lot. Stadium and venue events concentrate demand into specific nights, so hours, staffing and offers should be planned around that schedule.
We also work nearby in East Downtown, Second Ward, Warehouse District.
